Mirja

Mirja completed her 200 hrs yoga teacher training 2011-2012 in the Integral Yoga tradition and has remained a student of yoga ever since.

She has since enjoyed teaching Hatha flow, Integral yoga Hatha, Yin and Vinyasa and has a love for sharing these different styles of yoga making yoga accessible for everyone. Each style includes traditional yoga poses with nothing too demanding allowing all abilities to enjoy her classes. Her aim is to share what She loves with others, to bring the enjoyment of yoga to her students and open their hearts to the magic and the true meaning of the practice.
