Claudia

Claudia started her yoga journey 7 years ago, after being diagnosed with cancer in 2009, having surgeries and coming out the other side as a cancer survivor. She felt she was given a second chance to do something but didn't know what. She decided to get to grip with her health and wellbeing and joined a gym where She attended her first yoga class. She was hooked, She could not fit enough yoga in her week!! She practised different styles of yoga with unique and inspirational teachers, and knew that she wanted to take her yoga practice further and deeper. Yoga has seen her through some very hard times and has made her a better person. Claudia’s classes are designed to be grounding allowing you to reconnect with your body, breath and mind, allowing you to step off your mat feeling rejuvenated and relaxed.
